CapabilitiesA short recap again, Tommy Tucker Realty Co. was founded in 1958 by IL (Tommy) Tucker. Over the course of 50 years, our company has provided services in both single-family and multi-family rental housing. In 1969, Tucker acquired Professional Management Associates Co., which has served as Tucker's property management division over the years. Tucker has experience in leased housing, subsidized housing and conventional housing. We have managed all aspects over the years of both single and multi-family housing: including vendors, leasing agents, maintenance, tenant-landlord relationships, board members, owners, accounting, financial, payroll, legal, audit, construction and repair over the last 50 years.
